Planning a SCUBA seminar?

If you were planning your own SCUBA diving “seminar” to about a class of non-divers who want to try it out, what would your agenda be? Say for about a 1-hour lecture for up to 20-25 people. I was thinking I’d do a few minutes on history, then maybe 10-minute blocks on equipment, safety, basic skills, the types of dives, the physiology of diving, how to get certified, etc…
